One of the things that we're doing is when we pick up these locations is we're actually

moving the customer from individual pay for a car wash to subscription model, generally

it costs about 80 cents to dollar to wash the car between the electrical water chemicals.

That doesn't account for labor and stuff like that, but we're charging 25, 35, 45 dollars

a month for the subscription.

That's monthly recurring revenue stabilized throughout the year.

And the average customer washes their car 1.8 times a month.

All you do the math on the margins on that.
