It's a lot different from buying a house in DC and trying to pop the top

and not knowing you can do it.

And finally, the third development deal was buying a eight-unit apartment building

in Adams, Morgan, and trying to convert that to condos.

Like, we had no idea what we were doing.

And we just figured, oh, we're so smart because we've made money in houses.

We can go do it there.

So just stick to what you're really good at.

And if you want to go into something else,

make sure that you have someone that really knows that segment of real estate

before you make the jump.
