When I woke up again, he had a scarf around my neck just taking me up and down in the

back of the tube.

And he was using a scarf to lift me in and out of the water.

In late 2012, multiple murder suspects Sam Little was extradited to California on a felony

hold stemming from old drug charges.

What had happened was that he took a deal in that case, a 2007 case, in which he agreed

to go into drug rehab to avoid a three-year prison sentence.

But as soon as he was free, he split town and never showed up for rehab.

Something like that really pisses the judge off.

So about a month after he was interviewed by L.A. PD, detectives, and Louisville, he was

brought back to L.A. and the judge hit him with the whole three years.

So now he's in prison in California and lead detective, Missy Roberts and her partners

on the cold case team at the L.A. PD are building the case against him for the murders of Audrey

Nelson and Guadalupe Aapodaca.

Part of that task was to background the suspect to learn everything possible about his

prior movements and crimes.

Like Little had before her, Roberts and her partners went on a cross-country journey,

making stops in the towns and cities where Sam Little had been during a decades-long

rampage against women.
