So let's say I have something snagging me, it doesn't seem to be getting any better.

What should I do about it?

Well, if it hasn't gotten better on its own, progressively over three or four days, it

could be a real injury.

At that point, if you haven't already tried using a foam roller or a lacrosse ball that

your gym has, a lot of coaches can guide you through those with some exercises to make

it better.

If that's not getting it better, then you should probably seek medical attention.

And I love your approach at A Rosti of using both manual therapy and corrective exercises.

Can you talk a little bit about why you use that?

Yeah, one, so the manual therapy, the hands-on treatment, makes the injury feel better,

it gets you a range of motion back, your strength back.

But if you don't follow that up with some really specific stress on the tissue, taking

you through range of motion with some exercises, the outcome is not nearly as good.
