Listen, what we live for at Living Proof is to serve people, the Word of God.

We base our ministry on Hebrews 412 that tells us that the Word is alive and active.

We pray this message is going to serve you in some way today and that God

is going to speak through it. Thank you so much for giving us this privilege. Number three is this,

personal bravery to learn in front of others. Write it down, personal bravery to learn in front of

others.

Now, let me explain here what I'm trying to say, and perhaps you can come up with a good way to say it and jot it down or explain it to your small group on the way home.

All right.

Why is it that we understand training in the workplace. My brother is here and he understands

the whole idea of the corporate world and corporate training. Many of us do. We understand that.

We understand training to take our places in our jobs in the workforce, but we are very,

very resistant somehow when it comes to the things of personal ministry that God has given us

to do and understand me well, every single one of us have a calling on our lives. Some may be

vocational and full-time ministry, but all of us are called

Romans chapter 8, every single one of us. God has a plan and a purpose for while we are on

planet Earth at this hour. And somehow, when it comes to the things of ministry, we misunderstand

the concept of spiritual gifts by thinking that just because I have them, I'm already going to be

completely good at what it is God has called me to do. We are not willing to learn. And I think it's partially because of the culture we are going to do. We are not willing to learn. And I think it's partially because of the culture we live in.

So I especially want to talk to some of you young people for a moment. I want all of you to listen,

but listen carefully of something that I believe is plaguing our culture. You and I live in a
