I’ve had to become to be ok with being the “bad guy” for a lot of people I’m called to serve? Yes, they’re Christians. Yes, they’re great people and Yes I’m still serving them, but their fear overtakes them and that’s when the true test of my leadership has to shine through like Moses.

My 3.5-year app development journey wasn't just a business challenge - it was a divine transformation. Going massively over budget, feeling completely overwhelmed, I was being prepared for something greater.

Those struggles were:

When I was in the thick of it, I couldn't see the purpose. But now? I realize God was systematically breaking down my old leadership model to rebuild me into someone who could truly serve at a higher level.
