Hey, thanks, Tom. Great to be here.

So tell me what exactly is title fraud, or I guess the FBI calls this house stealing?

And the latest one I heard, Tom, is title

pirate. The criminal just wants to steal the deed or the title to your home or property. And then

they leverage the value of the property into either selling that, more than likely, Tom,

they're going to take out loans against that property.

And you would never know it until the loan company comes to calling two or three months down the road.

And you go, well, I didn't take out this equity loan or whatever.

And they go, well, it says you're on paper that you did.

And it's the paper thing that allows it to happen.

I understand this starts with public records.

Basically, everything being online these days, tell us about that.

I can find out anything about you or anybody in the world, frankly, just offline.

And then with the Internet and with artificial intelligence, you can create the proper documents,

at least as far as the legal system goes, and then you can execute it in so many different ways.

The money's gone, it's in a bank offshore, and you wouldn't know about tell us way too late.
