years. And now here's Andrew. And you and I are bodies and everything

came out of the soil. Soil is awesome. And a phrase I've been using I really

like this is that everything that's above the ground

was one time in the ground everything buildings furniture the technology the

phones everything it came out of the ground and what the ground needed was a seed

to activate it. And the seed is the word of God. It's a sperm and it activates and brings forth.

We talked about the new birth, the, we talked about the virgin birth, and then I've been

illustrating it talking about these parables in March Mark chapter 4. This morning I got through the first two

types of soil in Mark chapter 4 down through verse 17. I'm not going to go back and summarize it or I'll repreaty it because I only said a few of the things

that God showed me about that. So let me jump down to the third type of soil. I said this morning that I believe these are progressive

steps nobody just starts being fruitful.

You first of all have the word come to you and if you don't understand it aren't committed to it

Satan steals it away but then you go past that to where you're excited about it

but then you got to spend time getting it rooted in your heart and

afflictions and persecutions will come and try and steal the word from you.

Whether you realize it or not, Satan isn't against you, he's against the word.

He's trying to get you off of the word. And sometimes we will even get to where we take a fence

and we get to defending ourselves and you spend your time promoting yourself and defending

yourself and defending yourself.

And if you do that, Satan wins,
