and I'm back with another belter of a mini-mix

and this time it comes from

I've been doing it, I've listened to all of them

and they are all banging. But first, check out this mini mix. Oh, has he gone in for this mini mix? The theme of

it is workout and he's made it to celebrate the launch of his new album in your system and single

pump it up. He says that he's created a five minute workout to get the blood pumping in your

system and all the tracks have been designed to move your body, work it, pump it and make your sweat.
