The change I've seen in you since you've taken on this course, has just been extreme.

that I do is very different because it's somatic. And so that means of the body. So you're really

delving into what is stored in your body. You're listening to it. You're coming into connection

with your mind and your body as one. So, you know, we can tell ourselves a lot of lies when we're in therapy.

We want to connect the dots. We don't like uncertainty. So it's very easy to create narratives

where there are, you know, there are none. And I think whereas when you're listening to

your body, it's very hard to avoid the truth to know what's in there. Because the body
