Hi. I wanted to spend a couple of moments speaking with you. I've just uploaded a piece of content.

And I was going to record some more for you today. Yes, I'm back. We've had the wedding. It's been just wonderful.

Very thought-provoking.

I've felt quite profound feelings about people and memories and relationships.

These feelings, these thoughts, these reflections have bounced off the truly wonderful

experience of my wedding last week. Today I thought I'd talk to you a couple of minutes,

for a couple of minutes, about

vulnerability,

transformative experience,

and

how important it is not to polarise.

The concept of polarising, I think, is particularly important at the moment

because as humans, as herd animals, we tend to polarise, to justify what we are doing,

what we are feeling, to feel safer, to create a simple existence, to see life simply.

But polarising can be truly dangerous because it stifles our ability

to see the complexity of reality and life is complex.

Recently, politically, and perhaps not recently, in recent times, there has been a lot of

political polarising where a person or a group will have or will encourage or will create a simple concept,

a simple belief, a simple policy or ideal, and sell it simply.

And life just isn't like that.

Everybody is full of colour.

Everybody is full of complexity.
