So this thing starts off down in rural Alabama, and the narrator says there's churches everywhere,

more common than streetlights. So the narrator meaning Andrea, right? I guess it was her,

or she was quoting someone. Yeah. So she says that faith is a way of life, everyone goes to church there,

Sunday services, church picnics, even Wednesday services. So way into religion here. This is Morris,

a small town outside of Birmingham, Alabama,

and this is where people come together to celebrate life and the Word of God.

So Andrea tells us there were some rumors that started up among churchgoers, and the people in Morris

hoped that these rumors weren't true. But it kind of seemed like they were true, so they had to

wonder. She says it's a town that looks like it could have come from a southern Gothic novel,

but it's really just a normal, small southern town. So this story, like a soap opera come to life,

all started on a cold February night in 2015.
