as a father that you're preparing for, hence better connected and better prepared, bring that

best version of you forward. So when you arrive in fatherhood, you don't feel like you're being

dragged around constantly on call, responding to everybody else's needs. And then when you're

tired and upset and frustrated and you try to say something, you immediately get chastised like,

well, you didn't have a baby, which is like the ultimate, you know, shut the F up card that

us men here, whenever we're having some difficulty with our emotions or some difficulty that we

want to express. So being able to build those connections now and build that better relationship,

richer relationship with your partner where you're

practicing sharing some of those difficult experiences.

You're practicing listening in a non-judgmental caring concerning space to what your partner's

challenges are.

And again, I'm speaking to both partners here.

And you're bringing that richer relationship with you into parenthood once baby gets here, that's going to make everything

easier for all three of you. We've got to be twins, all four of you, you know.
