then to the radio show in Cambridge today, it's coming up on the podcast today.

The big thing today is a brilliant interview with David Runsman, political podcast enthusiast

will probably now inform the talking politics podcast, which ended a few weeks ago.

You've been doing it since 2015, just after the Russian annexation of Crimea, he stopped

doing it, just as Russia invaded Ukraine.

Was Putin just a fan of the podcast, and that one kept him distracted out and out amongst

other, slightly more sensible questions, including why does Cambridge not produce prime ministers

anymore, so seems to be Oxford.

That's giving up in just a moment on the podcast, before that, as ever, we kick off with

our columnist panel, and I'll join live at the Well Cafe at the Zoology Museum in Cambridge

by Dorothy Byrne, former head of news at Channel 4, she's now president of the Murray Edwards

College, and my Abigail Rabbit, editor of Cambridge Alive.

It's alright, isn't it, it's quite a nice Cambridge, yeah, why I'm a fan.

Dorothy, I mean, just a how you go from Channel 4 news to writing a Cambridge College.

It's very strange, isn't it?

They approached me, and at first I thought, gosh, why would I want to run a women's college,

and I went to a convent, isn't one old female institution enough for one woman's life.

But I do think that here at Cambridge, they really mean that they want to widen participation

as they call it, and bring in more people from less advantage groups, and from underrepresented
