Yeah, long sleeve team here. Yeah, it was a beautiful morning. It was a nice morning a relatively lengthy practice not super heavy. They were in shells and shorts, but a lot of good work situational stuff today two minute

drill four minute drill so you know that's kind of the backdrop of practice so it

changes a little bit of the observations. Yeah, and I think the weather kind of, I don't know if Nick changes the length, the duration of practice

based on the weather, but it was a good day to go a little longer.

Yeah, well this is average now.

I mean, last year 148 would have been, is that what you said 148?

146 would have been like the longest practice of the summer now it's right around the average

yeah the players are noticing too like they know they're getting more work and I think they like it

it seems like they do yeah I asked Dallas about that yesterday got it and he said they're all bracing it.

They all know they need the work, and it's good for them.

And yeah, I certainly appreciate longer practices.

Yeah, more chances I get to watch, I'm happier.
