and it is Trash Day. Welcome to today's solo episode where we are going to take out trash,

and I am going to be in a good mood. That's right. We are faking it until we make it because we're on our

period and we don't feel good. Okay. Cramps, grumpy, moody, all the things, tired, frustrated,

sad, happy, all the emotions. We're feeling them all. We're getting through it. We're taking out

trash and that will help us feel better. We already know. So let's get into it.

How are you guys? Are you guys on your period? That's the question. That's like part of my

personal trash is that I started my period so late, literally so late thought I was pregnant.

And that would have been really, really bad because not

that like I wouldn't obviously love a sweet baby if it came into my life. But that's obviously

not my plans. Like my plans are to be done having kids and get a tummy tuck that is scheduled

in July. So I cannot get pregnant. And I was really stressed because

me and Aspen are synced. I don't know how because she literally was in a different state.

But every time I'm on my period, she's on her period. And when I was in California,

she was on her period and I was on my period. And I was like, wait a minute. This isn't right.
