And you're about to hear part two of this contentious board meeting in which Daystar Vice President

Jonathan Lamb refuses to sign an NDA.

Part one was the first hour of that meeting in which the board and Jonathan haggle about the

NDA for about an hour

and no one budges. So board member Tom Callender dismisses Jonathan. After about 45 minutes,

the board calls Jonathan back in. Only now Daystar attorney John Lynch has joined the meeting.

And if you miss my latest article on Daystar, the context for this meeting

is that Jonathan has just discovered that Daystar secretly put a tracker on his car. And he's found out

that his mom disparaged his wife, Susie Lamb, to a mutual friend saying Susie has the spirit of

Jezebel. You'll hear Jonathan refer to these events in this board meeting.

He and his mother, Daystar President Joni Lamb, also spar over Jonathan's opposition to Joni's

recent marriage to Doug Weiss. Like part one, this part of the board meeting offers a window into

the inner workings of Daystar TV. And again, Daystar is classified as a church

with the IRS. This is supposed to be a ministry. But is this how ministry leaders should behave?
