Summary

On April 15, 2004, Ronli Ratliff’s body is discovered in a burning house in Mooresville, IL. Investigators quickly realize that the 24-year-old woman was brutally murdered before the fire was set. Eighteen years later Ronli’s killer remains at large, and the community is left to wonder if her killer was a cold-blooded stranger or one of their own.
