And today we're talking about dealing with, the post-Vay-B blues are for real today.

They are for real.

I mean, all weekend long, I've been like, weh.

So we will get to all of that.

But actually, I wanted to give you a shout-out because when we posted our podcast on July 17th,

it was actually recorded on July 14th, which happened to be Jennings's birthday.

And I don't know that we gave you a proper happy birthday on July 17th. So it's maybe two weeks

late, but happy birthday to you on July 17th. Thank you very much. I felt very special on July 17th.

I got a massage that you gave me in the boys, I guess.

But, um, nah, it was all me.

They didn't do anything.

You actually didn't give me the massage.

You sent me somewhere to get a massage, which was lovely.

Trust me. It was better for you in that instance as well.

Anyway, and then we went out to lunch and it was just, it was a wonderful day. We laid by the

pool a little bit. It was just glorious. I agree. Yeah, the lunch was fantastic and I'm glad you had a wonderful massage, dropped you off and then picked you up with Jennings for a little lunch at one of our favorite little local Mexican food spots kind of by our house.

I'm going to say 40s are my favorite so far. Well, that's good. I'm solidly over a year in, and I can with confidence say that 40s have been the best decades so far.

I like it.
