Emma, can you start by giving us the key takeaways from the report?

Sure. So I think probably the biggest takeaway of all is the fact that the inquiry found that

all the deaths that occurred at the Grenfell Tower fire were avoidable. Those 72 people

shouldn't have died and if a range of organisations and authorities had acted differently, they

wouldn't have. And that is a really powerful and significant finding. Now, the inquiry goes on
