The Palestinian movement in its core is not a nation building or rather state building movement.

It's a movement of resistance.

What it is is we are saying no.

We are keeping ourselves alive by keeping the fire of resistance alive.

And as long as we do that, you know, we're going to live in hell, but the Israeli heaven

will be less pleasant because of our resistance.

It's 12.30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28th here in New York City. It is 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28th in Israel, as Israelis continue to observe the implementation of this hostage deal anticipating the release

of additional hostages later this week.

And for a conversation about the significance, the geopolitical significance for Israel of this

particular deal, and also widening the aperture to some degree to have a larger

conversation about U.S. foreign policy under the new Trump administration and its implications

for the Middle East and other geopolitical hotspots.
