The first I heard about the lawsuit was a phone call from Ray. Do you remember the call?

I remember. I think it was my birthday and being called to the door and there was a

deputy there and he had already given the papers to the lawsuit to my husband. I really

was not concerned when I saw it. My attorney had always told me, you know, they'd be crazy

to sue you because that'd be the best gift they could give you because then we could

oppose the om and it's going to open them up to having to provide documentation and

to answer questions that they had avoided answering for years.

How did it come about that you and Whitley decided to jointly file a lawsuit together?

It just came about. I'm not sure.
