The Trump administration has referred New York Attorney General Letitia James.

She's been referred for prosecution over alleged mortgage fraud.

And this story is massive because basically what she accused Donald Trump of doing,

she herself is now being accused of doing and maybe even worse because this involves defrauding the people of New York State.

This is going to get spicy.

Letitia James, of course, for those of you that know, charged Donald Trump with civil fraud back in 2023,

alleging that he falsified documents to secure favorable loans.

But anybody who followed the case knew, this didn't make

sense. In fact, the bank said, nope, everything was on the level. They said, we did our own due diligence.

They said, we want to keep working with them. We love working with them. So what was the real play?

Well, Dijer James, New York, and these Democrats were seeking to stop Donald Trump from being able to run for office.

This, I believe, with a near $400 million settlement, was intended to punish Trump and say, bow out now or else.

Of course, this isn't the only thing that Democrats across the country used to try and

stop Trump. They tried putting him in prison. They arrested his lawyers. And we've been wondering,

you know, the Democrats keep saying if Donald Trump wins, he's going to get revenge on these Democrats.

But what has he really done? I mean, there's been firings. There's been stripping of

security clearance, but nothing I'd say is targeting of Democrats with any real criminal prosecution.

Now, this is still preliminary. This is Bill Pulte of the housing administration, basically saying

it looks like we got a case of fraud here, and the evidence
