0:38.0	3. Feeling so loose, relaxed and lazy.

0:52.0	So very relaxed, and yet conscious and aware of all within you and around you.
1:00.0	It is true you have a body but this is not who you are. It is true you have
1:09.6	possessions but this is not who you are. It is true. You have family, friends, acquaintances, but this is not who you are.

1:25.0	You have accomplishments, a career.
1:28.0	But this is not who you are.
1:32.0	It is true. You have emotions. not who you are is you are
