I don't normally do this, but in today's case, I'm going to tell you explicit and very graphic

details of what happened at the murder scene. The reason I'm doing this is because despite

Carla's incredibly troubled childhood and her swap to Christianity, I don't want to minimize the

brutality of what she did for the sake of not making anybody uncomfortable.

If I'm going to tell this story, I have to tell it in detail.

Because what happened on June 13th is a literal horror movie.

There were absolutely signs all throughout my childhood that there was something wrong.

And nobody stopped to really check into that.

So.

Carla Faye Tucker thought that she was born into an ordinary family.

I mean, we all think we are until we find out that we're not.

But she lived in a middle class home in Houston.

Her parents were happily

married. She had sisters and they even had a vacation home. But home is not always what it seems like
