Conzeal Elizabeth. It is quite literally 3 a.m. as I am recording this intro. But I hope you guys

are having the best morning. I wanted to go and rerecord this intro tonight because one,

I just have not had coffee this week up until tonight and I have come to realize that that is just not,

it's not the lifestyle for me nor is it, it's just not my journey, it's not my, it's not what I

want for myself. You know, so anyways, I needed to record this intro. Let you guys know we have

Tray Lewis on the show this week. I love Tray. I love all of his friends. We had the best time.

The recording is when we like literally, probably literally just met. I went to one of their shows.

It was so much fun. Dom is here. Okay guys, Dom is here to let you guys know. It was genuinely a

legendary time. I don't even know. It felt electric. Like, that's the only way to describe the

feelings that I felt. Like, Tray, such a genuine, incredible person, his, all his friends,

everyone, their whole team, like, incredible. And the show was genuinely electric. Like,

I'm at a loss for words right now because I'm still just taking in tonight. I don't think I have

laughed that hard and so long. We just got hang out with them and they were literally the
