replacing the originally planned Thursday studio episode where we were going to talk about the Champions League.

We're recording this on Wednesday night, not long after the news came out. So we hope that everyone

will kind of allow us to do this one just this week and then we'll return to normal on Monday. From our side we rarely do whole episodes about people passing

actually. The only other time we've ever done it actually was when Kobe passed

and we did that episode about grief and legends and how we how we apply our own grief to the losses of kind of

Sporting icons or icons in general

But this one felt pretty seismic and yeah so and I'm right he's come to join us because he was a big hero if you were right he right. Like I've the amount of I wouldn't say arguments because you know what Ronaldo and Messier doing and

Croyf and I got to get mentioned Pelle all the people all the names that get

thrown in I I've always stood by my opinion of Maradon was the best and that's what it is.

In my opinion. And I think the 70s, the first World Cup I ever saw in color and the thing with that one,

white was so amazing it was because it was, you saw black guys in that color because I think

it was the first time it was in color being lauded and

Peli was like almost like I don't know what kind of figure it was almost like not real

it's a superhero yeah kind of figure as a he was almost like not real.
