So let's just jump right into it.

So question 51 says, 15-year-old boy is brought to the clinic after his father noticed

significant swelling of the boy's chest when it was getting dressed six hours ago.

The patient reports a three-month history of gradually worsening, left-sided chest pain and swelling.
