In today's podcast, I'm going to be continuing the series on the USMLE Step 3-free 137.

This is going to be part 11.

Now, there's one thing I want to say here.

You know, there's, and again, it's kind of common sense, but I guess I kind of figure I should speak to it.

So, you know, there's this prevalent thought out there that, oh, um, the episodes before episode 400 on the website are not worth your while.

Um, I mean, if that's the case, I guess it's your decision.

But I'll just kind of leave you with a few thoughts.

So say, for example, immunodeficiency diseases.

Have immunodeficiency diseases magically changed over the last like four years?

Or does hyperaldustronism like

magically not cause hypokillemia anymore again it's just common sense don't get me wrong do

medical guidelines change yeah they do and typically from time to time you'll notice that

i'll say oh in the past I used to say

XYZ, but now this is what is done.

In fact, I think there is an episode 446 where I have something, I think the podcast is titled

Divine Patch, where I just kind of talk about some things that have been updated over the

last, you know, couple of years and stuff like that.

So I think I would just say this.

You'd be doing yourself a pretty huge disservice saying, hmm, all the stuff before episode 400,

yeah, it's completely outdated.

I would argue that, again, at least I'm the one that actually made this podcast.
