So let's jump right into it.

So what if they give you a question about a patient that is started on pharmacotherapy

for inflammatory bowel disease?

So they either have like Crohn's or they have like ulcerative colitis.

And then you're told that the person, you know, a few weeks after the person was started on pharmacotherapy,

the person started having, you know, over the last two, three days, he has been having

like very high fevers. You get an extremely low white count. And this person, you know, they tell

you that, oh, that they obtain a chest x-ray and it's unremarkable and that abdominal imaging with CT shows no abnormalities.

And then they ask you, what's the most likely etiology of this patient's condition, right?

And they can give you an answer that says drug toxicity, they can give you an answer that says

complication of inflammatory bowel disease. They can give you an answer that says complication of inflammatory bowel disease.

They can give you an answer that says opportunistic infection, just to kind of mix things up.

They can give you an answer that says, you know, like undiagnosed infection or something
