have at least one disagreeable colleague? Absolutely. Maybe there's a bell curve.

But, you know, it's all in the eye of the beholder.

So, you know, I don't know many people who consider themselves to be disagreeable people.

But we often think other people are.

Is there often a correlation between performance and disagreeableness?

Somebody's a really high performer, but they're just really hard to

work with? Yes, I see that often. And people can be very good at their job technically or externally.

So, you know, I've seen many, many leaders who are great at managing client relationships and very

poor at managing their relationships internally inside of

their organizations.

And so that can really cause problems for other people inside of those organizations who struggle
