what is high yield to know. Because to be honest with you, you can go off in many zebra directions with this and it doesn't really offer much of any benefit.

So what if they give you a question about a person?

It's a 25 year old male he comes to the emergency room or comes to the office

and says that you know for the last three days he has noticed this lesion on his

penis and then you see like a penis spectra on your exam and then they tell you that it's a painless lesion.

Well, if you're seeing a painless lesion as we will talk about, one of the major things you should think about is syphilis.

Although remember, syphilis is not the only thing you should think about.

It's not the only thing you should think about. So obviously his pressing very likely has syphilis. Remember syphilis is caused by

Treponema pallidum. Now you need to know that syphilis causes what a painless ulcer is painless and people that have

syphilis they will usually have lymphopathy and that lymphopathy will also be

painless as well so So we have a painless

ulcer with a painless lymphopathy, painless ulcer with painless lymphatinopathy.
