All right. Yeah. This is something that I rarely talk about so I'm curious like how do you define emotional clutter.

I define emotional clutter as the thoughts, judgments and practices that get in the way of establishing a healthy

relationship to the entirety of the emotional spectrum.

And that is in contrast to treating emotions themselves

to do if I feel sad, I feel jealous if I feel angry I immediately
