Hello everybody I hope you all had a beautiful Labor Day weekend.

Today is gonna be a rough one for me. I'm not going to lie. So before we get into the

insanity that was my week I have a great show for you today. I have Kate Casey on. She is a top

podcaster and has a show called Life with Kate Casey and she's actually a local here in Newport Beach and if you don't

follow her or you know really are familiar with her she is like I said a

podcaster top podcaster, she does everything that has to do with reality TV

documentaries, you name it, she watches it, she tells you what to watch.

She's a mom of five. She's so incredible and I just I

love talking to her. We ended up talking for about two hours and I feel terrible

but we had to cut out like more than an hour's worth of the show because it was we

ended up getting into a lot of like just you know community talk and people she knew people I knew

stories and things that I would get in a major trouble from I don't know how many people and so I just have to cut it all out because I just

yeah I don't want to have to deal with the the backlash of of anyone listening to it and then getting in trouble.

But I will say it was super juicy, it was really good and yeah, sorry about that, but the rest of the conversation was also great and I have to say it's

interesting going from last week you know we're talking about with Bianca about like you know conceiving

an infertility and you know all of the things that we

can do and what we have control over and then this week I talked to Kate Casey about

maybe the things that we can't control right and it

just it's all super interesting and so I hope you guys enjoy that I apologize

if it's hodgepodge since we're gonna have to cut some things out or bleep some things out.

But anyways, so that is coming up later on in this episode,

but I wanted to sort of give you guys a little update on my life.
