It's September 2005, and we are inside a car in the quiet neighborhood in Corpus Christi, Texas.

There are four people in this car, two at private investigators working on Jennifer Phase case.

At this point, she's been missing nearly 16 years.

There have been many false leads and failed searches since 1989.

But the latest tip, the one that's brought them to Corpus Christi, is by far the most promising to date.

So promising, in fact, Jen's aunt and mother Dottie flew down the Texas with the investigators

and are in this car as well, and they are waving anxiously for the arrival of another car,

which eventually pulls into the driveway across the street.

Two children get out of that car, as is a blonde woman who appears to be in her early 30s.

Charles Castro, one of the private investigators, quickly opens the door.

Across the street, walks up to the driveway and begins talking to this woman.

Dottie was told to wait until Castro finished the conversation, but she just couldn't.

Sixteen years of waiting and hoping could be over.

The private investigators believe this woman in the driveway might be Jennifer Phase.

Dottie walked up the driveway, excited and terrified.

Was she about to see her daughter again?
