I am really pumped about today's episode because she is a guest that I feel as if I've gotten to know through social media and one of her

platforms that we will discuss, but this is our first time actually connecting and I mean she's as incredible as I imagined she would be.

Dr Akila Kadeh, she is an executive coach, a diversity consultant,

and the founder and CEO of Change Kadeh, which is a consulting firm that she founded in 2015

that aims to drive equity and belonging in the workplace for all and focuses specifically on

empowering woman and people of color.

She works with individuals and companies to give them the tools they need to be

quote-unquote soldiers of change in the workplace and promote

DEIB, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

She also is the voice or leader of the ally Nudge program, which I have talked about a lot on my platform. It was something I

did over this quarantine time and part of my anti-racism educational journey and

found it incredibly impactful, educational, and helpful and really incredible. educational and
