Go ahead and close your eyes. Place your hands in your lap with your palms facing downward.

Start by pulling in a deep breath in through your nose and visualizing that breath

rising up from your root chakra deep within your pelvic area.

With each exhale, pull a golden light in from above, down through your crown chakra,

like a warm golden elixir that is bathing you with love.

Let's continue for a few more breaths.

Each inhale pulling the grounded energy in from the core of the earth,

moving through the base of your sacram,

up through your spine and filling your heart and mind with certainty, connectivity, and compassion.
