Well, it's a good question, and the answer is a little awkward and embarrassing.

But when I was a very, very new doc, fresh out of medical school, I actually missed the diagnosis of a type 2 patient having kind of an acute onset,

And of course, missing any patient is a huge shock and to one's ego, but also to one's

wondering if, you know, is, am I a good doctor? You know, am I safe and
