hundreds of miles, lots of times, and I just love you so much and you have so much for me.

My biggest issue in life right now is I only have two children, a son and a daughter, they're

both grown, but I don't know how to let go, the thought of my, either of my children, moving

away from the city where I live absolutely devastates me, makes me feel as if they didn't

live here in this town that it would be like they were dead and I know that sounds awful

but that's just how much I feel like I need them in my life, I didn't grow up with

a close relationship with my own mother so I don't know where it comes from and I was

not a helicopter mom, I was a career woman and I thought it was great with my kids.

My daughter now is in her mid-twenties and she's just making some life decisions that

are so counter to how her life was laid out by even by herself, I mean she cared about

her education and she seemed to be almost an overachiever and she's now making decisions

that are really detrimental to her life and I need to learn just to let go and to detach,

to not be so caught up in what's happening in her life right now and I guess know that

if she makes mistakes, she's going to, she's not bringing me into her decision making

so I've tried to step back and ultimately I feel like she's probably going to leave

this area and I just really feel like that would be the very worst thing that could ever

happen to me in my life and yet I look at you and your relationship with your kids and

I've seen them all and think I just love the relationship you have, how can I learn
