Hi Dr. Dyer, thanks so much for taking my call.

I actually moved to Carlsbad because of the Chalper Center about three years ago from Chicago

I participated in you know a couple of their programs and I find myself, I'm 58 years

old, I find myself completely stuck in my life I've had, I lost a child and my parents

back-to-back within the last four years and you know while I was doing as well as possible

that's when I got into those spirituality and moved here and when I was starting all over

and now I'm disproven, I you know I moved here alone starting my life over again and while

it's all well and beautiful and idyllic and everything you know if you're not if you're

content with yourself you know that it's just nothing else really matters and I'm really trying

to get back into you know the meditation and the spirituality and I recently started listening

to Hay House and yourself and I wanted to pick up a couple of books but I'm so stuck I can't

even decide what to read because I'm still probably grieving or haven't even gone through it.

Right yeah that grieving process is it's really something you're gonna have to get a hold of

and do it in a different way so that it doesn't become an immobilizing experience for you

rather it becomes a celebration of the you know of the remembrance and the joy and the time

that you did have with with your husband and with your

know what I saw and my parents or your son and your or yours your parents okay
