For the last two months or so I have been studying just in preparation for this seminar.

And my course of study has been, I read all of the assistant yoga, which is a fascinating

book.

It's a very, very long, involved, pretty obtused, not easy to just, it's not like reading

a novel.

But I just decided I was going to study the entire thing and look at one of the great spiritual

texts that's ever been next to here on the planet, it goes back thousands of years.

And I finished it a few weeks ago, it took me about 60 days to read the entire thing and

to study it and to get the essential message of it, which I'll be sharing.

And then for some reason, it's fascinating how, you know, we watched a movie last night,

my daughter and I, my daughter, I've got a lot of my children are here visiting right

now.
