drag queen and activist. She's best known from the New York City nightlife scene

and coming in at number two on drag race and most recently on the current season of

bat we need to address. Number one, it was just announced, Michelle Bhutto literally just

announced that season two of your show

survival of the thickest has been picked up for season two. Yeah and it's it's great

news I'm super excited we were hoping so. I'm really happy because during the strike,

we didn't really have the opportunity to promote it because that's sort of the rules of the game.

And so our show literally dropped the day the strike started.

So we had no time to really talk about it or or celebrated or promoted or any of that.

And then it was kind of like, okay, whatever's out there now is just on its own. And people, it's just on its own, it's still, you know, people could find it, people could watch it. But like if there's no promotion, if there's none of the people involved in the show talking about it, then it's just going to have to survive

just based on what it does on its own.

And we were worried that it's a new show, you know, new shows need a little push.

They need folks to be notified about it

and let people know what's going on.

And so we were afraid, I was afraid,

that it would just sort of get buried

in the millions of shows that Netflix has that they

release like feels like every day and it did well. It was at number one a few

points and then in the top ten for like about a month and so we've just I've just been

waiting with bated breath to hear if we would get a second season so we did and
