This is the first time I'm doing a challenge like this and I cannot wait to get started with all of you because we're going to be spending five days together where I'm going to be teaching and answering your questions and really helping you not only find, but also overcome the obstacles that have you drinking more than you want.

This challenge is like a jumpstart into a new healthy drama-free

relationship with alcohol and here's the thing you don't need to stop drinking for five

days you're not going to be counting drinks or writing out plans. In fact, what I'm teaching is really unlike anything else out there because it's about learning how to trust yourself by understanding the inner workings of the habit.
