How has life in the land been? Yeah, you know, it's a, it's sunny skies, 80 degrees. I'm just kidding.

Nah, nah, we got some snow flurries out here. Um, and it's been fun. You know, it's been about

eight months since I left South Florida, come to Cleveland for this great opportunity.

And I've really been enjoying it, you know, as we'll kind of get into it soon.

It's been kind of disappointing in terms of the on-field product relative to expectations.

But, you know, it's like I said, my six-year coming in the NFL every year is, you know, takes a life on its own.

And I've really been enjoying it. They're going to have indoor, or is the plan to have an indoor stadium or is that just in

talks right now?

Yeah, I mean, the hasums are really pushing forward with this.

Obviously, there's been, you know, there's the kind of legal process, political process

with the city and whatnot.
