So we haven't really covered a lot of news on the show lately because we've been so bogged down, not bogged down, just inundated with free agent interviews and analysis, which is

right up your boy's alley. So I'm not complaining by any stretch, but I just want to give you

guys a couple of updates. So Benito Jones is back. The Dolphins nose tackle from a year ago,

that kind of 30, 40 percent snaptaker on the interior, who has always been a good block eater

on the inside, but flashed his

best past rush season as a pro last year especially in the second half of the year when things

kind of clicked for the defense we've talked a lot about this defensive line requiring one

zack seeler hopefully you get calais campbell back i think there's mutual interest there still among the dolphins and Callais.

And then you kind of round it out with a whole bunch of guys that can play various roles

and be 20, 30, 40 percent snap takers, 200, 300, 400 snaps.

And that was the vision last year with the glut of signings like Neville Gallimore, Jonathan Harris.
