There's a lot of positions that aren't necessary in this new world or that are devalued because of AI.

And how do you repurpose those people into new things?

Yeah.

Because they're all good people.

So if we go back to the rise of the collaborations, you've started doing collaborations to provide services, even without calling it collaborations.

But collaborations are just a manifestation of the efficiency that the market, in which, to which the marketplace is already organizing itself.

Yeah. Like, everybody's revealing how they're going to have to help each other.

And you realize that you can't probably do all of these things yourself.

No, I can't start up software.

Right. But now for some reason, as business owners, we're a lot more open to it. We're a lot more

open to getting there now through a collaboration or a partnership and then understanding that

people are going to be, and it gives us the ability to sell differently and to stack more

value. What I've realized, too, about some of these collaboration companies is they actually can't even exist without collaboration.

So, like, for me, it's tough when you could exist with no collaboration, which was kind of my mindset for a while.

I'm like, dude, I don't need to do affiliates.

We don't need to do this.

I'll just wheel and deal and do what we do. And we did. But now I see all these things and I'm like,

wow, that was $10 million on the table that I lost. I should have $10 million in my bank if I would

have just did this one thing two years ago. Really? Yeah. If I would have just not had an ego about trying to just do everything myself and build it
