Now just over a month ago, I took a flight out to Illinois to go to the amazing event,

that is the pagan spirit gathering. I first went to PSG in 2010, then again in 2012,

but it had been five years since I travelled to be with the tribe.

And that was way too long. It was fantastic to be with everyone again.

PSG is organised by the people at Circle Sanctuary and they do an incredible job with programming and general organisation.

And it won't surprise you to hear that while I was there, I took some time to sit down with a few of the musicians and presenters to have a chat about their lives, their work and their paths. This month, we begin with the musicians. Now, I was obviously there to play three concerts during the week,

but there were also many other brilliant pagan musicians on the bill.

So let's do this.
