Hello everybody and welcome to a sub-stack exclusive dirty sports throwback episode.

This is an idea that somebody during the first barrage of subscribers put in the chat.

They said, can we get some throwback dirty sports episodes? Can we get some episodes from the vault

so episodes that have been locked long ago and I thought it was a great idea and I was like well we've definitely got to do one in this first week

While we're trying to give dirt balls a reason to come over and join us behind the paywall. I don't know how often we'll do these, but I would

like to do them occasionally, but it is a little bit of work because I had to listen to the entire episode and

delete a bunch of things that we shouldn't say in 2024.

The world is a different place than it was in 2014 and I can say with

total honesty that nothing that was deleted was said with any negativity behind it but you know there's just words that you don't

say in 2024 that you could have in 2014.

And so I went through the episode,

but the fun part is, when I do these D.S.

throwbacks, when I do them, Andy might do them a different way,

but when I do them, I'm listening to the whole episode I also

took notes on some things that you'll hear in this episode that I thought were funny.

So this is episode 12 from the dirty sports podcast it is the first episode after the

denting which was the one that was requested by the person who suggested

DS throwback episodes.

So this is right after Andy has returned to the podcast and I just found that interesting.

We have done twice as many dirty sports episodes since the 1000th episode as we had done dirty sports episodes ever when you're listening to this.

This is the 12th ever episode of the dirty sports podcast.
