And it's an ecosystem that I believe we're all participating in.

And so then the more in alignment we are and the more we can identify what makes our life meaningful and purposeful,

And I do think that was a big part of why I self-medicated and binge drank with alcohols

because on a spiritual level, I really knew I had like more to offer the world and I knew

I wanted to create a life of deeper meaning and purpose and I really didn't know how to do that.

And I didn't, I was not doing it at all.

And I was really unhappy on a spiritual level because of that.
