You know, this is when Czech the Ripper was terrorizing Whitechapel and his work was made so

much easier by the Peace Supers, you know, the weather event where the intense cold smog and London fog came together and they made

it hard to see the hand in front of your face.

So it could be quite dark and dangerous in Victorian times.
